Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani, who is among the best-known and wealthiest Reggae Singers was born on Friday, February 26, 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. In the cult film of the same name Shottas he starred opposite Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records where he recorded his debut album in 1996 With Father Like Son and several singles including Judge Not With Patra and Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap Does It (remix) and Sensimelia all of which added to his increasing popularity among the new generation of reggae singers. Ky-Mani and Praswell, of the Fugees joined together in 1997 to record Avenue the cover version of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was a part of the Midem show (an international music showcase), which was first performed in Miami. Marley's show on stage at Cameo Theatre was broadcast live to 36 countries through the Caribbean News Agency. Marley ended up at the center of a bidding contest. He signed with Gee Street/V2 Records in 1997 where h
